A  non-refundable deposit of $100.00 along with the signed contract will reserve your party date.

 

Payment of the balance is due on the day of the party if in cash. If by check, I must receive it at lest 10 days prior to the event.

 

	The price of our parties is $350.00 for a party of up to 8 girls. If less than 8 attend, the cost is the same. Each additional guest beyond the first 8 will be $10.00 extra, and $4 per guest for upgraded party favors.
	In order to promote safe and healthy conditions, no smoking will be allowed during the party.
	There will be a $25.00 (Plus Tolls) travel fee for all parties held outside of Montgomery County, Maryland.
	$15.00 per extra guest will be charged for the bear parties.

 

Since accidents do happen, we do not accept any other type of food or drink other than what is provided, to be served while the girls are wearing their dress ups. If you serve anything to moms and siblings that stay, please make sure that children don’t have access to it while they are in the dress ups.

 

The party hostess will promote good manners and lady like behavior to the best of her ability, however, you will be ultimately responsible for the children’s behavior.

 

Although accidents do happen, if anything belonging to A Touch of Elegance is damaged due to misuse or neglect, then you will be charged for any replacements.

 

In order to accommodate the group in the best manner possible, it is important that the guests arrive on time. Late arrivals will be integrated into the current stage of the party.

 

If you need to reschedule due to an illness or other reasons, every effort will be made to make an alternative date in a reasonable amount of time. Availability will be taken into consideration.

 

The responsible adult understands and agrees that the liability of  the hostess of A Touch of Elegance Children’s Tea Parties for any expenses, claims, damages, lawsuits,  arising out of or relating to the party is limited to the total amount of the party cost.

During the winter season, I reserve the right to reschedule in event of inclement weather! Such as icy conditions or lots of snow.
